Fitness is the core and foundation behind the success of athletes.  Professional colleagues from Sports Development Team are going to organize the 2017-18 HKUST Sports Team Fitness Training Workshops for all HKUST Student-athletes in March & April 2018. The details of workshops are listed in the below table:

Workshop Focus 1. Plyometric for Beginners 2. Run and Jump Faster - Plyometric 3. Stability for Sports 4. Build up a Strong Core 5.Coordination by Footwork 6. Quicker Speed and Reaction - Footwork

Registration Deadline 3 days before the workshops
(Registration will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.)
