To facilitate the HKUST Sports Teams to form teams for joining the upcoming sports competitions in 2016-17, I write to invite you to complete this form if you have experience in the sport and will commit your time to join the HKUST sports teams. Please submit the completed form by noon on Tuesday, 30 August 2016.
Upon receipt of your reply, we will inform the Team Leader and he/she will contact you to join their team recruitment and selection to be held during the team trainings.
