Dear Sports Leaders,
 
Time flies! Now comes to the end of the 2015-16 competition season.
 
Thank you very much for your efforts in attending the trainings and represent the University in the inter-varsity and/or open sports competitions in the past months. I would like to express my appreciation for your active participation at the team recruitment, the Sports Team Flag Presentation and the HKUST-UM Sports Challenge Cup. You have contributed to develop the sporting culture of HKUST.
 
It's time to conclude what you have gained or lost as well as to plan for future success. To get well prepared for the upcoming competition season and raise the spirit of the HKUST sports community, the Sports Association and the Student Affairs Office will join hands to organize the 2015-16 HKUST Sports Leader Training Camp in May 2016. Please nominate a maximum of 3 applicants from your sport. We will arrange 1 representative from each sport to join the camp. Should there be vacant places for additional allocation will be arranged on a first-come-first served basis.

Registration Please reply to send the completed registration form attached below using the club’s ITSC account by 5 May 2016.
 
Confirmation email will be sent to the selected applicants on 6 May 2016.
 
Selected participants are required to pay the deposit HKD300 per head in cash at the Healthy Lifestyle Course Office (Room 1013 via Lift 3) by 5pm on 9 May 2016 to confirm their participation. Please note the office hours are: from 8:45am to 12:45pm and 2pm to 5:30pm on Mondays to Fridays.
 
Should the selected students failed to pay the deposit by the stated deadline, the allocated places will be allotted to those on the waiting list.
